BOB’S MANIFESTO — PRINCIPLE THREE
Speak Less, Mean More
Noise is Cheap. Meaning Costs Effort. Choose Wisely.
Bob’s allergic to waffle. He’s heard enough hollow speeches to last three lifetimes. Long words, no substance. Smiles, no soul.
Bob doesn’t talk for applause. He talks when it matters. And when he does, it means something.
Here’s how that plays out:
– No 100-page reports to say “we messed up.” Just say it. Fix it. Move on.
– Fewer press conferences, more progress.
– Policies written in plain English. If your nan wouldn’t understand it, rewrite it.
– No slogans, no buzzwords. Just truths, even if they sting.
We don’t need more noise. We need more people who mean what they say, and say what they mean—then shut up and do the work.
Bob doesn’t do spin. Bob does substance.
Speak once. Speak straight. Then crack on.
