BOB’S MANIFESTO — PRINCIPLE FIVE
Face Chaos Calmly
When Everything’s on Fire, Put the Kettle On First
Panic helps no one. Shouting doesn’t fix broken systems. Bob’s seen enough bedlam to know—when the world’s spinning out, the calm bloke with a plan and a brew usually gets the job done.
Bob’s Guide to Calm in the Storm:
– Don’t react. Respond. There’s a difference.
– Take stock before taking action. Yes, even when it’s urgent.
– Anger wastes energy. Boiling water makes tea. Choose wisely.
– Be the calm in the room full of flappers. Every crisis needs one.
We don’t need more panic merchants and keyboard warriors. We need people who can take a deep breath, put on the kettle, and say, “Right. Let’s sort this.”
Bob’s not flustered. Bob’s ready. And he’s making enough tea for everyone.
