BOB’S MANIFESTO — PRINCIPLE EIGHT
Earn Respect, Don’t Demand It
Titles Mean Nothing. Actions Speak Louder Than Campaign Posters.

Bob doesn’t care if you’re a CEO, a councillor, or the self-declared “Head of Strategy” for your cat. If you’re useless, you’re useless.

Respect isn’t handed out with job titles. It’s earned in the mud, over time, through deeds—not declarations.

How Bob Measures Respect:
– Do your job. Do it properly.
– Keep your word, even when no one’s watching.
– Show up early, stay late, help out, say thanks.
– Be someone people count on, not someone who just counts likes.

Shouting “respect me” never worked. Especially not in a hi-vis vest you’ve never sweated in.

Bob’s motto: Be solid. Be useful. Let your actions do the talking.
People will respect you. Quietly, but fully.
